Deborah is a local resident and commends the many features and amenities of Aspley and its surrounding suburbs to new and established residents, especially young families.  Schools, parks, public transport and shopping facilities make it an ideal location.

Deborah has raised two children.  When not looking after her clients’ interests, she loves to spend time in her garden or catch up on the latest movies – often with her family. Deborah’s talents and enthusiasm are well suited to a successful career in real estate as she has demonstrated at Ray White Aspley.

For nine years, prior to joining Ray White she was involved with a boutique agency in Brisbane that specialised in Property Management and investment controlling a large portfolio of properties personally as well as assisting the owner with many of the administrative tasks necessary to keep a busy real estate office running smoothly.

Deborah was able to gain an excellent overall perspective to the real estate industry in this role. Declining an opportunity to acquire equity in the company and eventually take over from the retiring owner, Deborah wanted to expand her knowledge and experience in sales to compliment her successes in property management.

Ongoing contact with Ray White over nine years as a property manager left no doubts in her mind as to which real estate group she was going to join. Owning a number of property investments in the Aspley area led her to joining Ray White Aspley in 1998. Her reliability, broad based industry knowledge and investment advice had earned her a strong following amongst clients in a very short space of time.

Having won a number of Ray White awards in her first 12 months of selling real estate, Deborah demonstrated her ability to utilise the management and people skills that made her an “I can” in the property management field previously.

Deborah was awarded Top Salesperson 2001/2002 for Ray White Aspley and number 4 Sales Consultant for Exclusive Sales  2001 for Queensland.  Recently awarded as one of the elite performers for the Ray White Group 2002/2003. With over $120 million of successful sales in her portfolio, Deborah recognizes that her success is dependent on her service and anticipation of her customers needs.
