From its humble beginnings more than 25 years ago as a standalone office to today, the Ray White Aspley Group has forged a path of continuous improvement. Living and breathing a team-wide culture of constantly searching for better ways of doing things, this spirit of curiosity has brought about exponential growth, with the group now operating from nine separate Brisbane locations and servicing clients all over Australia.

The founder of the group, Paul Hodkinson, launched with a focus on family values – his own, those of his team members and by extension, the families within the local community. His approach has always been characterised by flexibility, support and an understanding that caring for the people who work in the business ensures clients are cared for equally well.

In choosing back in 1998 to work under the banner of another Australian family business, Ray White, Paul and his team have been an integral part of the real estate network’s rise to market dominance,  now Australasia’s largest industry brand operating in eight different countries. With almost 1,000 offices and more than 12,000 members, Ray White provides market-leading back end support and technology and now sells one in eight properties across the country.

Ray White Aspley remains the heart of the Aspley Group’s operations, home to both the administration team and other support functions. Robert Green joined Aspley as Sales manager in 2011, becoming partner and co-director in late 2018. Sharing Paul’s curiosity and desire to constantly evolve, Robert has been a key driver of the group’s growth over the intervening decade. Angela Duncan has also recently become a shareholder in the Aspley business, an option ultimately open to all qualifying team members and further evidence of the group’s tangible family values.

Boasting a median sale price for houses that’s still in the low $900K bracket, the friendly and well established suburb of Aspley is a great location for families, professionals and retirees alike with schools, parks and medical centres all within close proximity. Just 10km to both the city and the airport, easy access to the Sunshine Coast is via Gympie Road while the Gateway Bridge makes the Gold Coast similarly accessible.
