2. Property Investment Partner :-
You will be responsible for developing the pipeline of new business coming into the company by implementing and devising innovative strategies to achieve an increase in net properties under management across the entire property management business, the opportunities are endless as we cover a significant portion of the South East.
This will include;
Networking, canvassing, advertising, database management, retention strategies, delivering presentations and, other means of generating interest from potential clients and partnerships.
Essential :
Possession of a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
Possession of a current driver’s licence
Ability to provide a motor vehicle for work use
Ability to successfully develop and secure new business including canvassing, prospecting and marketing for new business
Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of real estate law
Strong administrative skills
Ability to work within a team of staff
Real estate experience, particularly in the local property market
An understanding of both local and national real estate markets and trends
Knowledge of effective marketing strategies relevant to the industry
Role Expectations:
Proactively prospect and market for new property management clients and for new business opportunities.
Conduct market appraisals for the purpose of advising prospective property management clients/owners of the likely rental returns and/or rental increases.
Create and deliver effective proposal presentations, prospecting plans, networking strategies and action plans
Provide high quality, reliable, accurate and relevant professional advice and services to property management clients and potential clients
Achieve individual monthly/ quarterly targets and KPIs (as set or varied by management from time to time)
Maintain an understanding of both local and national real estate markets and keep abreast of market development and indicators
Report on new business development activities
Promote the office brand and the team
Attend professional networking activities and opportunities such conferences, awards nights, functions, industry functions and team meetings as required by management
Ensure your motor vehicle is well maintained both mechanically and aesthetically at all times.
Ensure your motor vehicle is at all times registered and insured (both with comprehensive insurance and CTP insurance) for business/general use
Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
Complete any necessary CPD training required by real estate legislation
Adhere to deadlines and ensure all work tasks are completed in an organised, timely and efficient manner
Participate in performance review processes to establish areas for improvement
Perform your duties to a high professional and ethical standard
Maintain a well-groomed and business-like appearance
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and industry codes of conduct.
