Performance Manager

Having worked in the real estate industry collectively for 8 years, Jacqui has held a few roles within our group. She was a sales associate to one of our top agents before moving into an admin based role where she can still work along side the sales team all whilst maintaining the perfect 'work/life' balance. With a strong passion for customer service and her sales background, Jacqui is the ideal person to be managing what has fast become the most important aspect in a real estate agents career - the collection, management & effective use of client data mixed with assisting in the growth of the sales team performance. Jacqui knows what is required to run a successful real estate business and offers her knowledge, creativity and honest opinion to see her team succeed. No task is too much and she never backs down from a challenge.

Whilst working closely with each agent, Jacqui performs an excellent job in supporting them in their goals to achieve market dominance and assisting in the regular communication with their clients to ensure repeat business and no loss of opportunities. With her patient approach, training is one of her great skills and assets and her availability to support all agents new and old has unquestionably been a main contributing factor to our rapid growth in sales over the past few years. 

Not only is Jacqui an asset to the growth of our sales team, she has a creative flare. Taking on tasks such as designing marketing campaigns to listing presentation books, Jacqui adds that extra touch to the agents business.
