When it comes to highly liveable homes and suburbs, Brisbane’s north side is a perfect place to live and invest
@domain.com.au recently analysed the most liveable suburbs of Brisbane and combined it with affordability to find the best regions where you could purchase for less than the median house price of $562,847.
Boondall was third on the list with a median house price of $517,500 while Zillmere ($460,000), Chermside ($560,000), Taigum ($467,750), Strathpine ($438,250) and Bracken Ridge ($490,000) all ranked highly as well.
The results are not hugely surprising, giving the community assets available to residents on Brisbane’s north side.
With facilities like @WestfieldChermside (the largest shopping centre in Queensland and third-largest in Australia), snaking parklands that weave through the suburbs and numerous high-ranking schools to choose from, the north side of Brisbane is a hidden Australian gem for those looking for the perfect family home.
