Meleesa Donoghue

Meleesa Donoghue is the Investment Property Business Development Manager at Ray White One Group, working with landlords right across North Brisbane. Real estate has always been close to home, having grown up in a family of agents where she learned early that property is less about transactions and more about timing, trust and the people behind every decision.

Before stepping into real estate, Meleesa managed a supplement store, leading a team and building strong systems around service and accountability. That experience sharpened her leadership, organisation and ability to communicate clearly, skills that now underpin the way she supports investors. From the first conversation through to onboarding and long term strategy, her focus is steady, structured and relationship driven.

Covering all of North Brisbane, Meleesa works with investors at every stage, from first time landlords to seasoned portfolio holders. She understands that handing over a property to be managed is a significant step, and she approaches each appointment with preparation, transparency and a clear plan tailored to the individual asset and the client’s goals.

Her favourite part of the role is the initial strategy meeting, where she can listen closely, assess the property’s potential, and map out a management approach that protects the asset while positioning it for consistent performance.

Originally from a small town up north, Meleesa moved to Brisbane on her own to pursue bigger opportunities. That independence and drive continue to shape her work today. Over the next 12 months, her focus is on helping more North Brisbane investors feel confident in their property decisions, supported by clear advice, strong communication and a management experience built on care and consistency.
